NELLY PAGER

Founder & Director

Born in Bordeaux, France, Nelly’s journey in hospitality began with curiosity, movement

and a deep passion for human connection. In 2003, she crossed the ocean to Honolulu,

where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University

— the first step in an international career shaped by excellence and service.

She built her experience within the world of high-end travel and luxury hospitality,

working alongside top-tier agencies, tour operators, luxury cruise lines and five-star hotels,

including several years with Norwegian Cruise Line and the Hilton Group in Hawaii.

​

In 2008, Nelly moved to Brazil to lead Sales & Marketing at Hotel Santa Teresa –

Rio de Janeiro (formerly Relais & Châteaux, now part of MGallery),

helping position the property as one of the most iconic boutique hotels in the country.

​

With an entrepreneurial spirit and a clear vision of how hotels should be represented —

with authenticity, strategy and respect for each brand’s identity — Nelly founded

Hotel Representation Brazil (HRB) in 2013.

What began as a personal project quickly evolved into a trusted partner for exceptional hotels

seeking meaningful, long-term connections with the Brazilian market.

In 2014, HRB expanded its scope through a partnership with the prestigious Relais & Châteaux association, supporting the Central and South America Delegation, composed of 34 distinctive member properties. As Delegation Director, Nelly’s role has been to bridge global vision and regional realities, fostering alignment, collaboration and sustainable value for every member.

Since April 2024, HRB proudly represents Arakur Ushuaia Resort & Spa, a member of Leading Hotels of the World, in the Brazilian market.
